Consultation

This package is designed for those clients who want creative ideas to make their day special, or require assistance in creating a budget and selecting local vendors, but still wish to retain overall control of their wedding.

Following a one-to-one consultation you will receive a free wedding planner guide containing; a budget outline, a timetable, tips sheet and itineraries for the day.

Fees: This service is charged at £50 per hour.

  

On the Day Co-ordination

This service has been specifically created for those people who have completed the planning process but feel that they would benefit from an extra pair of hands on the day. 

We would meet with you a month before the wedding to have a thorough briefing and take details of all of the suppliers that you have chosen.

Following this meeting we will then compile a folder containing timelines, a detailed wedding day itinerary and contact details for the key people.  Most importantly, we will then be with you on the day of your wedding to act as the main point of contact and to oversee proceedings.

Fees: Start at £350 for this service.

 

Complete Service - Design and Planning

Planning a wedding can become a full time job in itself.  By enlisting our services we will remove the stress so that you can relax in the knowledge that we will handle every element of your special day.

We will be with you from the start of the planning process right through to the wedding day. 

We understand that everyone’s requirements are different and this will therefore be priced on a client by client basis - we will create an individual package that best suits your needs. 

We can also create a website on your behalf which we will maintain and update in the run up to your wedding.  This is something which is now being used by more and more couples to provide their guests with venue details, maps, links to the gift registry etc.

Fees: The fee is based upon the amount of work that is to be undertaken. After our initial meeting we will send out a detailed proposal confirming the tasks to be undertaken and what the fees for this will be.

 

Private & Corporate Events

We provide a bespoke event management service for all occasions, be it an intimate gathering of 10 friends to celebrate a milestone birthday or a lavish party for 150 to celebrate a golden wedding anniversary.

Below are just some of the events that we can organise for you:

These events will be priced individually and the costs will be dependent upon the number of hours involved in the process.
